The term “Full Stack”, is loosely defined as a collection of technologies that come together to build a system, in the case of
this class, a web based system. The the internet first came out all websites were just places that people could visit to get
information on the company, it’s products and services, perhaps an educational organization or even a government entity. As the
technologies evolved so the the need to use the web to interact with more and more data.
Soon enough “web applications” were born.
Web applications are an evolution of the internet in that they not only offer a window view into a company, but they are highly
connected to many elements of the business and even 3rd party companies to facilitate all kinds of interactions. Like payment
processing, which is mostly goes through companies like Stripe or text messaging, with leaders of the space like Twilio.
